What is a toy library?
A toy library is exactly how it sounds, it’s a collection of toys (and other useful gear) that are loaned out for a specific period of time. Similar to how a library rents out books.

How does it work?
We’ve made the process super simple…because the last thing you need is another, tireless task. All you have to do is login to your account on The Play Société, select your toys and wait for them to be delivered right to your door. Once you’re done with them, we pick them up and provide you with the next set you’ve requested. Easy as that!
Why is play so important?
Not all play is equal (think screen time). We’re here to help you and your little one get back to basics with simple play – having fun with toys you can touch, hold and move. The importance of simple play for child development (cognitive, physical, social, and emotional) is so critical, that it has been recognized by the United Nations High Commission for Human Rights as a right of every child. Worried about germs? Don’t be, we have you covered. These toys are cleaner than the toys you own! Each item in our inventory is meticulously cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before delivery. We use a chemical-free steam cleaner, which removes dirt and stains while killing 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, pathogens, and other undesirables. For any items that can’t be steam cleaned, we have a full line-up of effective, child-safe products to get the job done.
